We operate the online store at www.byeyra.cz.
In order to provide our services, sell goods, and operate our website, we process certain personal data.

When you request our products or services, we work with the contact details you provide, primarily through the inquiry form. This includes your name, surname, phone number, address, and email.
Why?
We use this information to contact you regarding the goods and services.

Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request.
How long will we process your data?
If no further cooperation follows, we will process your data for a maximum of 30 days after our last communication.
2. Purchase of Goods
When you make a purchase, we process the information you provide, primarily billing details: name, surname, address, and contact details (email, phone number).
Why?
We need this data to fulfil our contract – to deliver goods or services. We also use your contact details to communicate about the status of your order, potential complaints, or questions.
We further process personal data to meet our legal obligations (mainly accounting and tax requirements, or complaint handling).
On what legal basis?
Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.
How long will we process your data?
For the duration of the service provision and for 24 months after the last delivery of such service or goods.
3. Newsletters (Commercial Communication)
If you are a purchasing customer and did not opt out at the time of purchase, we will use your email address to send you our newsletters.
On what legal basis?
This is permitted by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, unless you opted out at the time of purchase.
How long will we process your data?
For 24 months from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email or by contacting us at natalie@byeyra.cz.
Who will have access to the data?
Your data remains with us. However, some companies and persons who help us run our e-shop may access it:
